WebRespawn timer is 5-30 minutes, with the bulk coming at 20 minutes to form an average of about 3 an hour. It is possible to get 3 lotus in about 10 minutes as it has happened to me personally. Had a back to back 5 minute respawn at the same node, then another 5 minute respawn at the location my other account was camping.
