WebRAR and ZIP are just compression archive formats. You have to decompress them and then drag the folder into the Mods folder inside of Blade and Sorcery's StreamingAssets folder. I dont believe the zip and rar files will work as B&S won't extract them for you. 7zip or WinRAR can open them.
