WebJoined the club and had £10 to redeem against a £50 spend. Spent £70 and it didn't deduct the £10. Rang and was told it would be sorted and they would let me know when it was done. Now I am told I have been issued with a credit note against another £30 spend. The agent I spoke to can't have liked my questions as she cut me off mid-conversation. WebCreate and Craft only allow 14days to return a faulty, damaged or mis-sold items even though the UK consumer right laws state at least 30!
