Share WebProbably Lockpick as it's the only skill that I can't ever see myself tagging no matter what character I play as. It's the only skill that should have been more of a upgrade function, like picking x amount of locks would bring you up to easy, medium etc. Charisma is the most useless SPECIAL stat.
