A little toasty, but not dangerously so (Mine runs cooler than typical - there's reports of 95 degrees or more). The processor is happy up to 105 degrees C tho. Uptime's 21 days but I reboot for updates. I've had it running 24/7 since I got it outside of that and it seems fine.
