WebThe customer service has been excellent, and it’s clear that they want to go above and beyond to get the first shirt right so that you will buy multiple shirts once the measurements are dialed in. It’s very easy to make minor adjustments (down to a quarter inch) for each order if needed. I only have a few small criticisms. WebI don’t understand the negative reviews. All items I’ve gotten from proper cloth have fit great! If they don’t fit perfectly they will make a new garment to get it right. I love this company and buy pretty much my whole wardrobe from them.
