A full review of BNL's EMP is performed triennially, and an annual review is performed to ensure that any changes in permit requirements, facility-specific monitoring activities, trends in analytical data, or responses to stakeholder concerns are addressed. The Plan focuses on monitoring and reporting information that will be required under the Project’s authorizations and permits.
