I had a friend at the range who was in a mobile home (20 yards away from the firing line) and wearing earplugs. The noise was hurting his ears when the .30 was fired. The only 2 times I ever broke the toggles on my LEE press was when I was sizing .30 carbines. Id use the LFCD for them but dont set the crimp. Basically just run them thru the post sizer ring to take the flare out of the case mouth and fire away.
