Shucked drive not powering up
WebMay 23, 2013 · The hard drive does not show up in the Device Manager. The hard drive isn't 'new'; there's about 1.5 TB of used space on it. What I've tried so far : Uninstalling all the USB controllers (and reinstalling them) Updated my BIOS to the latest version available. Updated my chipsets driver to the latest version available. Updated Windows.
